Allow email domains

The Allow Email Domains feature in NeetoDesk enables you to specify which email domains are permitted to send tickets or interact with your support system.

By restricting access to only trusted or relevant domains, you can better control incoming support requests, reduce spam, and ensure that only authorised users can reach your support team.

  1. Click on the Admin panel.

  2. Inside support channels, click on Mailboxes.

  3. Click on Mailbox configuration.

  4. Enable the toggle Allow email domains.

  5. Click on Save Changes.
