Reject email domains

The Reject Email Domains feature in NeetoDesk allows you to block specific email domains from creating tickets or contacting your support team.

This helps prevent spam, unwanted emails, and potential abuse by filtering out messages from untrusted or irrelevant sources.

  1. Click on the Admin panel.

  2. Inside support channels, click on Mailboxes.

  3. Click on Mailbox configuration.

  4. Enable the toggle Reject email domains.

  5. Click on Save Changes.

    • Reduce Spam: Automatically block tickets from known spam or malicious domains.

    • Maintain Focus: Ensure your support team only receives requests from relevant and trusted sources.

    • Improve Efficiency: Minimise the time spent managing unwanted emails and tickets.
