Use a custom reply signature

Adding your signature to every message can be time-consuming and counterproductive for agents focused on resolving tickets efficiently. NeetoDesk simplifies this by allowing you to set up custom signatures.

Here’s how you can add a custom signature:

  1. Hover over the Profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click on My Preferences.

  3. Enable the Add signature to ticket replies option.

  4. Enter your desired signature and click Save Changes.

  5. That’s it, you’re all set!
