A Canned Response is used to answer a customer. It is a collection of commonly used answers that are used as standard responses to customers' queries. Generally, these are used so that time is not wasted in typing out the same answers repetitively.
These canned responses are kept ready to send out whenever there is a standard question or a common question which comes up very often.
Steps to create a new Canned Response:
Go to
Settings > Canned Responses
Click on
Add new canned response
Fill in the details and
Save changes
