Bulk upload customer data feature allows you to add multiple customer records to your system quickly and efficiently by uploading a single file containing all the necessary information. This eliminates the need to manually enter customer details one by one, saving you valuable time and reducing the chance of errors.
Go to Admin Panel.
Click on Data.
Click on Imports.
Click on Import customers.
You'll be redirected to a new page , here click on Upload file.
File format should be csv or excel.
Once the upload is completed, click on Next button.
Afterward, map columns from your file to the right Desk fields.
Click on Next.
You'll see the preview of the customers' data.
Select an option from the Duplicate detection:
Detect automatically
Select a field which can be used for duplicate detection along with name.
Next select an option for In case of duplicate contact, what would you like to do:
Merge duplicates
Skip adding duplicates
Click on Start import.
The file will be imported, and you'll see that in the import history.
