Ticket Subscribers

When an activity happens on a ticket then ticket subscribers are notified. Checkout the article on

Users are marked as subscribers for the ticket when the following activities are performed.

  1. The customer creates a ticket. This adds the customer as a ticket subscriber.

  2. The ticket is assigned to an agent. This adds the agent as a ticket subscriber.

  3. An agent or member adds a reply/note on the ticket. This adds that agent/member as a ticket subscriber.

  4. An agent or member mentions other members. This adds the mentioned members as a ticket subscriber.

  5. An agent/member performs any action on the ticket. This adds the agent/member as a ticket subscriber.
