Ticket Subscribers

When an activity happens on a ticket, ticket subscribers are notified. Checkout the article on

Users are marked as subscribers for the ticket when the following activities are performed:


  1. The customer creates a ticket. This adds the customer as a ticket subscriber.

  2. The ticket is assigned to an agent. This adds the agent as a ticket subscriber.

  3. When an agent or member adds a reply/note to the ticket, it adds that agent/member as a ticket subscriber.

  4. An agent or member mentions other members. This adds the mentioned members as ticket subscribers.

  5. When an agent or member performs any action on the ticket, the agent or member is added as a ticket subscriber.
