How to add a ticket to Spam

You can mark or unmark emails as spam. Follow the steps given below:

  • Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to add to the spam.

  • The take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the ticket count.

  • Select the Mark as Spam option from the drop-down menu.

  • A modal will be displayed; select Continue.

  • The ticket will be added to Spam view.

How to add a ticket to Trash

You can mark or unmark emails as spam. Follow the steps given below:

  • Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to add to the spam.

  • Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the ticket count.

  • Select the Delete option from the drop-down.

  • A modal will be displayed; select Continue.

  • The ticket will be added to Spam view.

How to permanently delete and restore a ticket from Spam

Tickets that have been in spam for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted; otherwise, if you want to remove them manually, follow the steps mentioned below:

Deleting all spam tickets in once

  • Select Spam view from Ticket View Sidebar.

  • All the spam tickets will be listed on the page.

  • Click on Empty Spam Now! button

  • A modal will be displayed for confirmation; click Continue.

  • All the spammed tickets will be permanently deleted.

Deleting all spam tickets one by one

  • Select Spam View from the Ticket View Sidebar.

  • All the spammed tickets will be listed on the page.

  • Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  • Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the Ticket count.

  • Select Delete forever option from the drop-down.

  • A modal will be displayed, select Continue.

  • The ticket will be permanently removed.

Removing a ticket from spam

  • Select Spam View from the ticket view sidebar.

  • All the spam tickets will be listed on the page.

  • Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  • Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the ticket count.

  • Select the Not Spam option from the drop-down.

  • The ticket will be removed from spam and listed on the All Tickets view page.

How to permanently delete and restore a ticket from Trash

Follow the steps mentioned below to permanently delete a ticket from Trash :

  • Select Trash View from the ticket view sidebar.

  • All the deleted tickets will be listed on the page.

  • Select the checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete.

  • Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the Ticket count

  • Select Delete forever option from the drop-down.

  • A modal will be displayed; select Continue.

  • The Ticket will be permanently removed.

Restore a ticket from Trash

  • Select Trash View from the Ticket View Sidebar.

  • All the deleted tickets will be listed on the page.

  • Select the Checkbox for the tickets that you need to permanently delete

  • Take Action drop-down menu will be displayed after the Ticket count

  • Select Restore option from the drop-down.

  • A modal will be displayed; select Continue.

  • The ticket will be removed from Trash and listed on the All Tickets view page.
