Bulk Action enables users to apply actions on tickets, such as merging tickets, changing agents, updating statuses, reporting spam, or moving tickets to trash to multiple tickets simultaneously. Additionally, users can integrate tickets into NeetoPlanner for queue management and timely response to customer inquiries.
Here's how you can do bulk action on tickets
Navigate to the Tickets section.
Select the tickets you wish to take action on.
Once selected, you'll notice a Take Action button above the list of tickets.
Click on the button and choose your desired option from the drop-down menu. This will successfully execute the selected action.
