How CC'ed emails work

When a ticket is received, NeetoDesk retains the email addresses added in CC. These addresses will automatically be included in all subsequent replies by agents on the ticket.

If you don’t want a CC’ed email to be included in future replies, you can remove it while adding your response. That email address will then be excluded from further communication. Similarly, you can add a new email address to the CC list, and it will start receiving future updates on the ticket.
