The approvals feature adds workflow for getting requests approved within NeetoDesk.
When approval is requested, approvers will receive an email or see the requests in NeetoDesk. They can approve or decline the requests with a note.
Approvals have the following views:
Pending
Approval requests that are assigned to you and are waiting for a response are shown in this view.
Templates
You can create the templates for which you need to request approvals. This makes the workflow easy, as you can directly use the templates.
History
All approved/rejected requests will be listed here.
Approvers
You need to add the users who will be approvers so that they can be used in templates.
