Taxonomy

NeetoDesk uses certain terms throughout the application, for example Agent, Group.

You may need to use Member instead of Agent and Team instead of Group. This feature allows you to do so.

Here are the terms that can be supported:

  • Agent

  • Group

  • Company

  • Customer

To make changes:

  1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Taxonomy.

  2. Update the desired entities.
