Use case:
We have two groups, Billing and HR, and 2 support emails.
We want to auto-assign groups based on the support email.
To auto-assign groups based on support emails, create separate automation rules for each mailbox:

For the group billing
Condition: When mailbox is [email protected]
Action: Assign group to Billing
For the other group, set up a similar rule with the appropriate email and group assignment.
