Automatic BCC email

NeetoDesk offers the option to automatically send BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) emails to a designated address. This feature is helpful for archiving email interactions, sharing ticket updates internally, or maintaining records for compliance purposes.

Here are the steps to automatically add an email to BCC:

  1. Go to Settings > Mailboxes.

  2. Click on Mailbox Configuration.

  3. Enable automatic BCC email.

  4. Fill in the BCC email.

  5. You can also add the Ticket email footer.

  6. Enable Ticket email footer.

  7. Add custom ticket email footer.

  8. Click on the Save Changes button.
