Account admins and owners can set a schedule for the NeetoDesk Support instance by selecting a time zone, defining working hours, and setting up holidays. You can enhance your workflow by setting up views, automation, and reports based on the business hours set in your schedule.
Here is the way you can create business hours:
Go to Settings -> Business Hours.
Click on the Add Business Hours button.
Enter the name, select the timezone and working hours, and add holidays.
Click the Save Changes button and the new business hour will be successfully added.
How to add business hours to the group:
You can add a business to the group as well.
Go to Settings -> Groups.
Click on the Add Group button.
Enter the name and description, and select business hours from the drop-down.
Click the Save Changes button, and business hours will be added successfully.
