Tags can be added to tickets, and these tags can then be used in business rules to manage the ticket workflow.
Here are the ways you can create and use tags:
1. Go to Settings > Ticket Tags.
2. Click the Add New Tag button.
3. Enter the Tag Name and Description.
4. Click on Save Changes button, and the new tag will be added successfully.
Adding a ticket tag to a ticket :
Go to Tickets.
Click on any ticket.
On the ticket detail page, click on Tags.
Select Tag from the dropdown.
Click on the Save Changes button; the new ticket tag will be tagged to the ticket successfully.
