What happens when a ticket is marked as SPAM?

When a ticket is marked as "SPAM" then you will get a confirmation modal asking if you want to block the customer who created the spam ticket. If you block the customer then all future emails by that customer would be marked as "SPAM" by default.


If the customer is not blocked then the future tickets created by the customer would be treated as normal tickets.

All tickets marked as spam are deleted after 30 days of being in SPAM view.
