NeetoDesk allows you to customize salutation to personalize your responses by using customer's names. Just set it up once, and it will automatically apply to all your responses, making your communication more personal.
If you'd like to include them, follow these simple steps to set them up. You can choose to use customer details, like their first name or full name.
Go to Settings > Tickets
Click Reply Salutation and use variables to make it dynamic.
3.Click Save Changes.
