Business Hours

Account admins and owners can set a schedule for the neetoDesk Support instance by selecting a time zone, defining working hours, and setting up holidays. You can enhance your workflow by setting up views, automations, and reports based on the business hours set in your schedule.

Here is the way you can create business hours.

  1. Go to Settings > Business Hours.

  2. Click on Add Business Hours button.

  3. Enter the Name , Description and select Timezone , Working Hours and add Holidays.

  4. Click on Save Changes button, the new business hour will be added successfully.

How to add business hours to group:

You can add a business to the group as well for the group.

  1. Go to Settings > Groups.

  2. Click on Add group button.

  3. Enter the Name , Description and select Business hours from the dropdown

  4. Click on Save Changes button, business hours will be added successfully.
