NeetoDesk only imports emails that are present in your Gmail inbox. This is because the Google integration is designed to sync only with emails that carry the INBOX label.
If you have set up filters in Gmail that automatically archive or move incoming emails so they skip the inbox, NeetoDesk will not import those messages, and no tickets will be created for them.
Use Case
For example, many teams prefer to filter out newsletters so that they bypass the inbox. This ensures the inbox remains focused on important customer queries without being flooded by promotional or bulk emails. In such cases, since these emails never appear in the Gmail inbox, NeetoDesk will not create tickets for them.
